How to Book

Book in advance: Follow the Airport Transfer Link to complete your booking at least 3 days before your arrival. Late submissions will not be accepted. Follow our guide for the booking system

Confirmation: You will receive an email from National Express once your booking is successful. This email will include detailed instructions on how to reach the National Express Coach departure stop at Heathrow Airport.

Coventry Campus
Coventry University has collaborated with National Express to provide an airport transfer shuttle service. Students are entitled to a free airport transfer through National Express during our September, January and May intakes. Click here for National Express website

When You Arrive
When you arrive at the airport, go to the National Express coach stand. Once you locate the bus you are booked onto, you can board and the bus will then take you straight to Pool Meadow bus station in Coventry.
